At Auri Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
